Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
- Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and improve business growth.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Quality, Purchase, and NPD teams to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, follow-ups, and order conversion.
- Visit customers regularly and understand their business requirements.
- Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with potential customers.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Develop long-term business relationships with key customers.
- Support new product development and product promotion activities.
- Monitor the performance of the marketing team and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure effective execution of marketing plans within approved budgets.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Automobile / Aluminium / Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial marketing, and business development will be an advantage.
