Role Description The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that support client business growth and Kheewa’s brand presence. This role includes developing and managing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and offline promotional activities, and analyzing performance data to improve reach and impact.

The Marketing

Manager will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business goals, define target audiences,



and create marketing messages that align with overall business development strategies. Daily work involves campaign management, content oversight, market research, budget monitoring, and regular reporting on key marketing metrics.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, branding, and promotion strategy.
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, online advertising).
- Ability to develop explicit marketing plans, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Experience working with small and medium businesses or in a consulting environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and a high level of self-motivation, accountability, and professionalism.
