Role Description The Marketing Intern Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support the marketing team by assisting with market research, gathering competitive intelligence, and analyzing industry trends across Posspole’s focus sectors.

Daily tasks include helping develop marketing strategies and campaigns, drafting basic marketing content, and supporting sales and customer outreach activities.



The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize promotional initiatives, events, and communications that strengthen brand visibility and engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to innovation-led markets and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support analysis, positioning, and campaign planning.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, outreach, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should have good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate a learning mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an in office, team-oriented environment.
- A background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (current student or recent graduate) is preferred.
