Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing and Business Development Intern to support our marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and client outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in both marketing strategy and business growth.

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to expand brand visibility, identify new business opportunities, and support partnership development, while learning the fundamentals of driving revenue and building client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in executing marketing campaigns, researching prospects, and supporting business development activities to drive growth and client engagement.

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
- Support lead generation through prospect research, cold outreach, and CRM data management
- Help identify and engage potential clients and partners to support business growth
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings and pitches
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and business development metrics




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional activities and events
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and business development activities in CRM systems
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights

Qualifications The ideal candidate should be curious, proactive, and eager to learn the fundamentals of marketing and business development in a fast-paced setting.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in marketing, sales, and business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and digital marketing analytics is a plus
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new business opportunities
