Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to drive business growth in the LED lighting and electrical industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing electrical wholesaler networks, generating business opportunities, managing private projects, and building strong professional relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Important Requirement: Candidates must have experience in developing and managing electrical wholesaler and distributor networks, no retailer networks.

Key Responsibilities





Develop and expand the electrical wholesaler and distributor network across Delhi NCR.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in LED lighting and electrical products.

Generate leads, follow up on business opportunities, and convert prospects into sales.

Prepare daily reports covering sales visits, wholesaler meetings, leads, and project progress.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate; MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Experience: 46 years in sales and business development, preferably in LED lighting or the electrical industry.

Proven experience in developing electrical wholesaler and distributor networks.

Strong knowledge of the electrical wholesale market and channel sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
