Job Title: Marketing Executive / Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Basic) + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for a presentable, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Marketing Field Staff member to join our team in the frozen food industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in field marketing and customer relationship management, with a willingness to develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants,Catering and other potential customers.
- Promote and market frozen food products.
- Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily sales and market visit reports.

Requirements




- Minimum 2 year of experience in field marketing or sales.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, confident, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
