Job Requirements

- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant e-commerce channels.

- Drive GMV, sales and traffic through effective deployment of advertising budgets.

- Monitor key performance metrics such as:

- ROAS / ACOS

- Spend

- Sales / GMV

- Impressions

- CTR

- CPC

- Conversion Rate

- Analyze campaign, SKU, keyword and targeting-level performance to identify opportunities for optimization.

- Manage budgets, bids, targeting and campaign structures to maximize campaign performance.

- Identify high- and low-performing SKUs, categories, keywords and campaigns and take corrective actions.

- Work closely with e-commerce, category, sales, and creative teams to improve campaign performance.

- Support marketplace event planning and execution during key periods such as Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival and other major sales events.

- Prepare regular performance reports and translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

- Continuously experiment with targeting, bidding,



creatives, budgets and campaign structures to improve campaign efficiency.

- Stay updated on marketplace advertising platforms, new features and evolving performance marketing practices.

Work Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing / e-commerce

- Understanding of marketplace advertising, preferably Amazon, Flipkart or similar platforms

- Strong understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, impressions and sales/GMV

- Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities

- Experience in campaign setup, budget management, bidding and targeting

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

- Ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable recommendations

- Strong learning agility and ability to quickly learn new platforms/tools

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
