We are authorized channel partners for marketing of Stakon, Vanjax & Dingli products which includes Material Hand Equipment, Overhead Maintenance Equipment, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms and all types of Scaffolding for overhead work. Our team has 25+ years of experience in the relevant industry.
Role Description The Marketing Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for material handling and hydraulic products, as well as partner brands such as Stakon, Vanjax, and Dingli. Day-to-day activities include engaging with industrial clients, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and providing pre- and post-sales support.
The role also involves coordinating with the engineering and operations teams to understand product specifications, gather feedback from the field, and support new product introductions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular visits to customer locations, project sites, and local industrial areas.
Requisite experience: Fresher or 2-4 years
3. Previous experience in Material Handling Industry
4. Quickly learn and acquire industry and product knowledge
5. Work closely with the existing Marketing team for better results
6. Maintaining and build long term relationships with current customers
7. Consciously keep adding current customers
8. Generate leads through cold calls and networking
9. Discover and explore new business opportunities
10. Formulate a growth strategy / business development strategy
11. Consider use of appropriate technology to promote brand and products
12. Preparing budgets/projections and monitor sales & collection progress
13. Provide trust-worthy feedback
14. Clear and decisive communication
15. Attending/participating in business meetings, industry exhibitions
16. Participating and managing company stall/stands in exhibitions
17. Drive and self-motivation are must
18. Regular reporting of progress
19. Coordinate with other functions/departments to ensure customer satisfaction
20. Ensure customer delight
