HoReCa Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Arrow Food Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced, target-driven HoReCa Sales & Business Development Executive who understands the hotel and restaurant industry and can actively acquire new clients and grow our business.

We are looking for someone who can generate leads, conduct cold calls, visit potential clients, close deals, and build long-term business relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés and other hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire recent hotel, restaurant, café and catering clients.
- Conduct cold calling, field visits, client meetings and follow-ups.
- Build relationships with hotel owners, chefs, purchase managers and procurement teams.
- Promote Arrow’s food and grocery supply solutions.
- Convert potential customers into active, repeat-order clients.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand our customer base.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the HoReCa, food distribution, hotel supplies or FMCG industry.
- Good knowledge of hotel and restaurant purchasing requirements.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate sales.




- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, fieldwork and client visits.
- An existing network of hotels and restaurants will be an advantage.
- Must be proactive, ambitious and results-oriented.

Freshers are not eligible. Salary, Targets & Commission
- Competitive fixed monthly salary based on experience.
- Monthly sales and new-client acquisition targets will be assigned.
- Additional commission on business generated, linked to sales performance.
- Performance-based earning potential with no fixed upper limit on commission, subject to company policy.
