Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator / Back Office Admin for a marble industry company. The candidate will be responsible for internal and external coordination, marketing support, client communication, and day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, dealers, architects, and vendors.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain qualified relationships.
- Support marketing activities, lead generation, and sales coordination.
- Prepare quotations, maintain records, update databases, and manage reports.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements with relevant departments.
- Manage emails, calls, documentation,



and routine back-office administration.
- Maintain customer and sales data using MS Excel and other office tools.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support the sales team in converting leads.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or back-office administration.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and documentation.
