: Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.

2. Content Creation

- Create engaging posts, captions, graphics, and promotional content tailored to different platforms.
- Develop creative ideas to strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.

3. Video Editing

- Edit and produce high-quality reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and brand videos.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, music, and other creative elements to enhance video quality.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.

4. Community Engagement

- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand presence.

5. Strategy & Trends

- Execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes.

6. Analytics & Reporting





- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

7. Influencer Collaboration

- Identify and connect with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors for potential collaborations.

Qualifications & Requirements-

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest.
- Video Editing & Design: Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
- AI Tools: Ability to use AI tools for content creation, video editing, and creative development.
- Creative Skills: Solid storytelling, copywriting, visual design, and creative thinking abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track social media performance and interpret analytics.
- Work Ethic: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Portfolio: Must provide examples of previous social media campaigns, graphics, and video edits.
