About RentStalk

RentStalk is a platform that helps landlords and rental business owners manage, market, and grow their rental businesses. From property listings and tenant onboarding to rent tracking, payments, and reminders, RentStalk helps simplify rental operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Interns to help us connect with landlords, property owners, PG owners, and rental business operators in Lucknow and Delhi.

This internship is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in sales, customer communication, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with landlords, PG owners, property managers, and rental business owners.
- Introduce RentStalk and explain how it can help them grow their rental businesses.
- Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, field visits, and other suitable channels.
- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate relevant RentStalk features.
- Follow up with potential customers and help onboard interested users.
- Maintain records of leads, conversations,



and sales activities.
- Work towards weekly targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate or a recent graduate.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in talking to new people and explaining a product.
- Willingness to learn sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi is essential; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field visits if required.

Stipend and Benefits
- Performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000 per month.
