Key Responsibilities:
- Manage private equity and debt fund accounting, including NAV, capital activities, and investor allocations.
- Handle management fees, carried interest, preferred returns, and waterfall calculations.
- Oversee fund-level and investor reporting, including financial statements.
- Manage client interactions, operational controls, and issue resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the fund accounting team.
Requirements:
- Robust experience in Private Equity / Debt Fund Accounting.
- Expertise in NAV, fund structures, capital calls/distributions, and waterfall calculations.
- Experience in team management and client coordination.
- Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills.
