Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our onsite recruiting team. In this role, youll manage full-cycle recruitment processes, develop strong relationships with hiring managers, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.

Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Create compelling job descriptions and employment brand messaging
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, skilled networks, and referral programs
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules
- Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate data
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and status updates to leadership
- Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Solid knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and applicant tracking systems




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with sourcing techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with talent acquisition in our industry
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

Work Environment

This is an onsite position requiring regular presence in our office location. Some flexibility may be available depending on business needs.
