? We’re Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – Information Technology
Ashiana Housing Limited is looking for an experienced IT professional to manage day-to-day technology operations and contribute to our digital transformation, cybersecurity and data-privacy initiatives.
? Location: Corporate Office, Delhi

? Experience: 8–12 years
? Reporting to: IT Head / DPO
Key responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure (Firewall, Network and Servers)and support operations across multiple locations
- Oversee Farvision ERP, CRM, Salesforce and other business applications
- Drive application adoption, UAT, release management and process improvement
- Implement cybersecurity controls and support DPDP Act compliance
- Manage AWS/Azure, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity
- Lead IT projects, automation and digital-transformation initiatives
- Manage helpdesk team system availability and user satisfaction
- Manage technology vendors, contracts, licenses and cost optimization
- Lead ERP,
infrastructure, helpdesk, application-support and site IT teams
We are looking for a candidate with solid ownership, execution discipline and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Experience in a multi-location organization—preferably real estate, construction, manufacturing, hospitality or another operations-intensive industry—will be an advantage.
Preferred qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA-IT
- Working knowledge of the DPDP Act and privacy controls
- Certifications such as ITIL, AWS/Azure or ISO 27001 will be valued
