We are looking for a finance professional to work closely with the CFO on financial planning, business performance analysis and strategic decision-making.

Experience: 3–6 years

Qualification: MBA Finance from a Tier 1 B-school

Reporting To: CFO

Key Responsibilities

- Annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Financial modelling covering P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Monthly MIS, dashboards and budget-versus-actual analysis.
- Profitability, EBITDA, cost variance and working capital analysis.
- Business finance, pricing, project economics and investor-related reporting.

Candidate Requirements:
- Robust FP&A;, Business Finance or Corporate Finance experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Sound understanding of financial statements and working capital.
- Experience in manufacturing, energy, infrastructure or project-based businesses preferred.
