Job Summary:

Sunrise Group of Hospitals is seeking an experienced Manager – Sales & Operations to drive revenue growth, lead business development initiatives, manage team performance, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and monitor the performance of the sales and business development team.
- Build strong referral networks and identify new business opportunities.
- Improve lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Analyse sales performance and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in sales, business development,



or operations.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is mandatory.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage teams.
