Location: Gujarat , Madhya Pradesh

Job Purpose To drive sales and business development of Fly Ash and Pond Ash to the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and Cement industries by developing customer relationships, expanding the regional customer base, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales of Fly Ash and Pond Ash to RMC plants, cement manufacturers, and other relevant customers in the assigned region.
2. Develop new business opportunities and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
3. Maintain a strong customer database of RMC companies, cement manufacturers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers in the assigned region.
4. Identify recent customers, generate leads, conduct customer visits, and convert business opportunities into sales.
5.



Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms with customers.
6. Have a strong understanding of ash costing, transportation costs, logistics, and overall landed cost to the customer.
7. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely ash transportation and delivery.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, customer requirements, and regional business opportunities.
9. Achieve assigned sales targets, improve sales volumes, and contribute to revenue growth and profitability.
10. Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate with customers to resolve outstanding payment issues.
