Responsibilities

- Co- ordination with Internal team of Planning, Store, Quality &
- Production

- Making Rate Contracts (RC) and Purchase Agreements with suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects/ business operations.

- Releasing monthly MIS such as Total Procurement for the month, Total saving for the month &

- Key Performance Measures, etc.

- Conducting various review meetings with Internal Teams.

- Visit vendors for vendor assessment, vendor development & follow up activities for outsourced materials.

- Source all Bill of Materials (BOM) items from local and outstation suppliers as per monthly PPC requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Manage Just-In-Time (JIT) procurement of critical items from local vendors to support continuous production.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with PPC and Stores to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Identify and develop current suppliers to strengthen sourcing capabilities and reduce vendor dependency.

- Resolve supply chain disruptions and quality issues in coordination with production and quality teams.

- Operate procurement systems including SAP, Razorsign, and the Vendor Registration Portal.

- Upload required documents and complete necessary fields across all procurement portals as needed.

- Manage procurement of all Non-BOM indented items to ensure timely availability for plant operations.

- Convert and release PRs to POs for both BOM and Non-BOM components with system-approved pricing.

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with ERP/system workflows and pricing approvals.

- Coordinate with local and outstation suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Streamline procurement processes to reduce lead times and improve overall efficiency.

- Collaborate with PPC, Stores,



and Finance teams to align procurement with production schedules and budgetary controls.

- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports for audits and reviews.

- Operate procurement systems including SAP, Razorsign, and the Vendor Registration Portal.

- Upload required documents and complete necessary fields across all relevant procurement portals.

- Monitor and follow up on pending Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) to ensure timely closure and system accuracy.

- Convert and release Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to Purchase Orders (POs) for Non-BOM components with pre-approved pricing.

- Operate and support procurement processes using tools such as SAP, Razorsign, and the Vendor Registration Portal.

- Upload required documents and input necessary data fields across all relevant procurement portals.

- Assist in maintaining procurement documentation and ensuring compliance with internal processes.

- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Stores, Finance, PPC) for smooth procurement operations.

- Learn and support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and supply chain functions.

Requirements

- BE – Mechanical, Electrical

- 10-15 years

- Knowledge of Commercial refrigeration industry is required.

- Candidate having knowledge of material procurement with :
