Job Summary:

The Manager- Procurement Strategy will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic procurement initiatives to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of procurement best practices, market dynamics, and a proven track record in driving significant value through strategic sourcing and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and risk mitigation.

- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including market analysis, supplier identification, RFP development, negotiation, and contract finalization across various categories.

- Manage and optimize supplier relationships, establishing solid partnerships, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement through regular business reviews and performance metrics.

- Identify and implement innovative procurement technologies and processes to enhance efficiency, transparency,



and compliance within the procurement function.

- Conduct in-depth spend analysis, market research, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D;, Operations, Finance, Legal) to understand their needs and ensure procurement strategies support business objectives.

- Develop and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, performance excellence, and strategic thinking.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities, reporting on progress, challenges, and strategic outcomes to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

- Mitigate supply chain risks by developing contingency plans, diversifying supplier base, and implementing robust risk management frameworks.
