- Project Governance: Take complete ownership of engineering timelines; strictly adhere to milestone
- schedules while upholding the absolute structural quality of hardware deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a principal technical liaison across inter-departmental
- boundaries, internal engineering personnel, and strategic external suppliers.
- Supplier Evaluation: Travel domestically to perform critical supplier technical assessments and
- manufacturing line evaluations.
- Intellectual Property: Lead patent and IP infringement studies to secure corporate innovations and
- mitigate technology risks.
- Team Culture: Foster a proactive, solutions-driven engineering atmosphere guided by a highly
- positive,



cooperative approach to technical bottlenecks.

Education Requirements & Work Experience:

- Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Industry Focus: Direct core experience in the Automotive domain is highly preferred.
- Work Experience: Min. 8 years to Max 14 years
