- Manage technology transfer activities for recent products, ensuring successful implementation of processes from R&D; to commercial production.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and optimize formulations, including solid orals, liquids, semi-solids, topicals, injectables, and transdermal patches.
- Collaborate with process development scientists to design and execute experiments for product development and improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to source raw materials and equipment necessary for manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by coordinating audits and inspections.
