1. Ensure that finished products are manufactured in compliance with the Quality Control Manual, ISO procedures, and defined quality standards.

2. Plan and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production activities for moulding, assembly, and packing operations.

3. Monitor daily production, rejection, manpower deployment, machine breakdowns, and material availability, and share regular updates with senior management.

4. Drive productivity and rejection control while establishing benchmarks for the department.

5. Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, HR, Quality, Maintenance, Dispatch, and other related departments for smooth production operations.

6. Plan and execute production activities in line with organizational targets and customer requirements.

7. Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, manuals, safety standards, and 5S practices across the department.

8. Identify and minimize losses related to manpower, machines, materials, and processes.

9. Ensure adequate material availability for machines and packing lines as per production requirements.

Monitor production targets, standard productivity, rejection, OEE, and other key performance indicators.

11. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to productivity, rejection, OEE, direct go, and other production parameters.

12. Coordinate with the Maintenance team for timely availability of machine spares and resolution of breakdown-related issues.

13. Drive Kaizen initiatives focused on safety, productivity, quality, cost reduction, and 5S.

14. Coordinate with Dispatch and vendor-based assembly teams for monthly and weekly production planning.

15. Conduct training and development sessions for team members and machine operators.

16. Ensure effective communication of the Company's Quality Policy and production standards to the team.

17. Maintain positive employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and valuable housekeeping practices.
