ICL Fincorp Ltd. is looking for agile and experienced Managers – Learning & Development (L&D;) for Kerala and North India to lead employee training, capability development, and performance improvement initiatives across its branch network.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in NBFC/Gold Loan operations, sales training, leadership development, and employee capability building, with the ability to improve business performance through structured learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Training Management

- Develop and execute the organization's annual learning and development strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and regions to identify competency gaps.
- Design and implement training calendars for branch operations, sales, customer service, collections, compliance, and leadership development.
- Ensure timely delivery of induction, functional, behavioral, and managerial training programs.

Gold Loan Business Training

- Develop and deliver training programs related to:
- Gold Loan Products and Processes
- Gold Appraisal and Valuation Basics
- Customer Service Excellence
- Sales and Cross-Selling Techniques
- Collection and Recovery Practices
- Risk Management and Fraud Prevention
- Regulatory and Compliance Requirements
- NCD, insurance
- Collaborate with business leaders to update training content based on changing business and regulatory requirements.

Employee Development & Capability Building

- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
- Support succession planning through leadership development initiatives.
- Facilitate soft skills, communication, customer handling, and managerial effectiveness programs.
- Establish competency frameworks and career development pathways.

Digital Learning & LMS Management

- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Develop e-learning modules, assessments,



and certification programs.
- Monitor training participation, completion rates, and learning effectiveness.

Performance & Training Effectiveness

- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and business performance indicators.
- Track key learning metrics and prepare periodic MIS reports.
- Evaluate Return on Investment (ROI) of training initiatives and recommend improvements.

Compliance & Regulatory Training

- Ensure mandatory compliance and regulatory training is conducted and documented.
- Maintain training records and certifications as required by internal and external auditors.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to address training requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Regional Managers, State Heads, Business Heads, and Functional Heads to understand training requirements.
- Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and training vendors.
- Support organizational change management and culture-building initiatives.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Certification in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or Learning Management Systems will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 10+years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Gold Loan(Mandatory), Microfinance, or Retail Financial Services is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale training programs across multiple locations.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
