Manager - Enterprise Operations Role Manager – IOT Operations Job Level/ Designation M1/Manager Function / Department SNOC/Enterprise Location Pune Job Purpose Responsible to manage and maintain Day to Day operations for Network related daily faults, Configuration Changes and outages on Packet Core nodes, IP switches and routers and Platform for Enterprise IoT PAN India customers.

Areas/Accountabilities Sound Knowledge of Packet core 2G, 3G, 4G & IOT technology with hands on troubleshooting & trace analysis skills in Packet Core domain- GGSN/SGW/PGW/SGSN/MME or in IP routing and switching Domain. 24*7 support during emergency and Fault incidents management On call Customer complaints troubleshooting, maintaining resolution SLA and TAT, providing RCA Troubleshooting with the help of Wireshark traces, system logs, event logs & correlation with alarms during service outages by ensuring troubleshooting within TAT.



Responsible for end-to-end new solution POC/UAT testing for new IoT customers on Packet Core nodes IP nodes Proactive issue identification & Reactive Problem Management for repeated incident handling Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Candidate must have work experience of 2 years in packet core/or IP domain Candidate should be willing to work in (24*7) shifts at Pune location and work from office (no WFH). Good communication (read, write & speak) skills, ability to work in team, collaborative, taking individual level ownership and accountability for the completion of assigned tasks, Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders within VIL or partner teams to get the tasks completed at individual level.

Must have technical / qualified qualifications Any IP certification/knowledge is preferred eg CCNA, CCNP Optional- If any candidate has only IP experience or only Packet Core experience, pls specify.
