: Manager - Instrumentation for Manufacturing Industry

Position Overview The Manager of Instrumentation is responsible for overseeing the instrumentation department within a manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems, along with leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage the instrumentation team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- System Design & Implementation:
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Project Management:
- Plan and execute instrumentation projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Troubleshooting & Support:
- Provide technical support for instrumentation issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of instrumentation systems.
- Budgeting & Cost Management:




- Develop and manage the budget for the instrumentation department.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information

- Location: This position is based in Jhagadia, with possible travel to manufacturing sites as needed.
- Work Environment: Quick-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and quality.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
