- Lead end-to-end statutory compliance, ensuring 100% adherence to PF, ESIC, EPFO, and applicable labour laws.

- Independently manage ECR filings, challans, statutory returns, audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation.

- Ensure compliance with Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable employment legislation.

- Manage contractor labour compliance, statutory records, labour licences, and coordination with government authorities.

- Drive compliance audits, identify legal risks, and ensure zero penalties or statutory defaults at the Babrala, UP location.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
