Job Overview

Sharma Enterprises is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and support end-to-end HR activities across its corporate office and factory locations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in HR operations, Industrial Relations, employee relations, and labour law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll activities with the relevant teams.
- Handle employee relations and grievance management.
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) matters at factory locations.




- Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate performance management activities.
- Plan and support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee exit formalities.

Candidate Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions.
- Experience handling employee relations, Industrial Relations, and factory HR matters.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support HR operations across multiple locations.
