Designation : Manager / Head of Digital Marketing

Job Purpose The Head of Digital Marketing will design, execute, and own the end-to-end digital growth strategy to maximize high-quality lead generation, lower Cost Per Lead (CPL), and drive site visits and final bookings for our premium residential and commercial projects. This leadership role demands a highly numbers-driven marketing skilled who can seamlessly bridge the gap between digital spend and tangible real estate sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Revenue Ownership

- Formulate and execute a 360-degree digital and performance marketing roadmap tailored to micro-markets and distinct target demographics (e.g., luxury buyers, first-time homeowners, investors).
- Manage multi-million marketing budgets, focusing on optimal Media Mix Optimization to secure high ROI on digital investments.
- Take complete ownership of the digital growth funnel: from initial brand awareness and lead qualification to property site visits and final bookings.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

- Oversee high-intent paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic real estate networks.
- Set up advanced audience targeting frameworks, utilizing geo-fencing, demographic layering, and lookalike modeling to capture high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and NRI buyers.
- Implement rapid A/B testing protocols for landing pages, ad copies, and creative hooks to consistently decrease CPL while increasing lead-to-site-visit conversion rates.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Strategy

- Direct organic growth via complex multi-project SEO strategies (on-page, technical, local SEO, and backlink architectures)



to ensure high search dominance for project keywords.
- Drive a lifestyle-oriented content and video marketing strategy (YouTube, walkthroughs, virtual tours) that builds localized community trust and improves organic project visibility.

Marketing Automation & CRM Integration

- Partner with the tech and sales enablement teams to manage lead flow within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared).
- Design and execute sophisticated automated email and WhatsApp drip nurture campaigns to re-engage cold leads and maximize lifecycle marketing value.

Analytics, Reporting & Cross-Functional Alignment

- Maintain comprehensive, executive-ready analytical dashboards evaluating digital marketing spend directly against site-visit and booking performance.
- Work in lockstep with the Real Estate Sales Team to audit lead quality daily, adjusting digital campaigns immediately based on feedback from the ground.

Required Profile & Qualifications

- Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field from a premier institution.
- Experience: 8 to 15+ years of digital marketing experience, with a mandatory minimum of 4–5 years leading digital marketing specifically within the Real Estate/Builder sector.
- Industry Domain: Proven track record of launching and selling out residential townships, premium villas, plots, or commercial real estate assets via digital avenues.
- Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and leading real estate CRM software.
- Leadership Style: Exceptional cross-functional leadership capability, with a background in managing high-performing internal digital teams and specialized creative/media-buying agencies.
