Desired Candidate Profile:

- 5 to 12 years of experience in the design of LT/HT panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels, and Automation Panels.
- Strong knowledge of Fixed & Draw-out type panels and switchgear design.
- Hands-on experience with Protection relay logic development and automation component selection will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in EPLAN and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Understand customer specifications and contract documents from a technical perspective.
- Design and develop electrical panel layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN and

AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with project managers and manufacturing engineers to ensure project success and timely delivery.




- Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments to optimize design efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Select appropriate components like circuit breakers, relays, connectors, and other electrical equipment based on project requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, technical specifications, and project milestones.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in electrical panel design and EPLAN software.
- Allocate and monitor work assignments to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Review and approve designs developed by junior engineers, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance.
- Drive process improvements within the design department to enhance efficiency and innovation.
