Job Summary Join our team and you will have an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Our Central Service Group (CSG) Compliance team is part of the Risk Management Group (RMG) which provides dedicated compliance-aligned support to central services groups across Macquarie.

Responsibilities

- In this role, you will provide Compliance support to the corporate services groups, including Corporate Operations, Financial Management, People and Engagement, Risk Management, and Legal & Governance, as well as regional compliance teams.

- You will review change initiatives, surveillance escalations, mobility classifications, voice recording compliance, regulatory obligations, incidents, and compliance monitoring activities to help manage regulatory and operational risk.
- The role also involves preparing risk and control reporting, supporting training initiatives,



and assisting with audit and governance-related queries.

Requirements

- Understanding of risk management, compliance, and control frameworks within financial services along with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Robust analytical skills, including data quality assessments, trend analysis, root cause investigations, and control reviews.

- Excellent attention to detail, with proven capability in governance, documentation, and maintaining effective control processes.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, automation opportunities, and data-driven efficiencies.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
