: Senior Manager Channel & Distribution

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Channel & Distribution to drive capital raising and expand the distribution network through Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), National Distributors, private banks, wealth management firms and family offices.

The role focuses on building and activating distribution partnerships, enabling partner sales teams, and growing Assets Under Management (AUM) through a strong B2B distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard and activate IFAs, National Distributors, private banks, wealth management firms and family offices.
- Manage end-to-end partner empanelment, documentation, agreements and compliance coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong distribution pipeline, driving partner activation and repeat business.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing distribution partners.
- Train distributor relationship managers and advisors on investment products, fund structures, investment strategies, risks, returns and exit timelines.
- Drive capital raising and AUM growth through channel partners in line with business targets.
- Develop channel strategies to improve partner productivity, engagement and retention.
- Manage partner-wise performance, commission structures and incentive payouts in coordination with Finance.
- Promote new fund launches and cross-selling opportunities across the existing distribution network.
- Build referral relationships through chartered accountants, tax advisory firms and investment banking networks.
- Represent the organization at distributor conferences, wealth management forums and industry networking events.
- Collaborate with Investment,



Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure effective and compliant distribution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5 15+ years of relevant experience in channel sales, distribution or capital raising within financial services.
- Experience in distributing Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS or alternative investment products through IFA and National Distributor channels.
- Experience in bank AIF desks, private banking, wealth management, family offices or real estate funds will also be considered.
- Strong existing relationships with IFAs, National Distributors, private banks or family offices.
- Demonstrated track record of growing AUM and raising capital through distribution partners.
- Good understanding of AIF/PMS structures, distribution models, commission arrangements and SEBI compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of real estate investments, structured finance and alternative investment products.

Educational Qualifications

- MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred.
- CA, CFA, FRM or equivalent qualification would be an added advantage.
