Manager – Business MIS & Data Control

Reporting to: CEO | Full-time

Turn financial and operating data into reliable reports that help management make better decisions.

Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate sales, manufacturing, financial and Board MIS.
- Analyse inventory, batch costs, customer contribution, ageing and operating costs.
- Reconcile information across Finance and Operations and explain significant differences.
- Improve reporting using Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI.
- Maintain clear data definitions, checks and reporting timelines.
- Highlight business risks and follow up on corrective actions with the responsible teams.

What we’re looking for

- Relevant experience in MIS,



costing or business analysis, preferably 5–8 years.
- Manufacturing experience and a strong understanding of financial and operating data.
- Strong Excel, data reconciliation and reporting skills.
- Practical familiarity with Power Query, Power BI and Tally data extracts.
- A relevant finance qualification or strong practical MIS experience.
- Clear communication and attention to accuracy.
