About the Opportunity
We are looking for energetic, career-oriented candidates to join an NBFC as Management Trainees. This six-month training programme is designed to provide practical exposure to financial services, customer relationship management, business development and branch operations.
Candidates who demonstrate solid performance, a positive attitude and the ability to take on responsibilities during the training period will be considered for placement in suitable roles with the NBFC after six months, subject to performance and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in customer acquisition, lead generation and business development activities.
- Support the marketing and promotion of financial products.
- Interact with customers, understand their requirements and provide appropriate information about products and services.
- Assist branch teams with daily operations, documentation and customer service.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve performance benchmarks.
- Learn NBFC processes, product features,
compliance requirements and professional work practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates and final-year students awaiting results may apply, subject to the employer's eligibility requirements.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn financial services and develop a career in the NBFC sector.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Candidates willing to work at any of the specified locations will be preferred.
Stipend & Career Progression
- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000.
