Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with a mix of in office work and some flexibility for remote tasks. In this role, the trainee will assist in project coordination for redevelopment and affordable housing initiatives, including tracking timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

The position involves supporting market research, data collection, and analysis related to real estate trends, sustainability practices, and community needs. The trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as project management, sales, marketing, and finance, helping prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes learning and applying company processes,



participating in review meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement in operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess basic project coordination and organizational skills, such as maintaining documentation, tracking activities, and meeting deadlines.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with digital collaboration platforms.
- Candidates should possess an interest in real estate, urban development, and sustainable housing, with the ability to learn industry practices quickly.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to work, and the capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior internship or project experience in real estate, consulting, or operations will be an added advantage.
