Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented MBA/PGDM graduates to join our team as Management Trainees across various departments. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn business processes, develop professional skills, and gain practical corporate experience.

Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and work with experienced professionals to understand departmental functions, support business activities, and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources (HR)

- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement, HR documentation, and employee record management.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee databases.
- Assist with HR operations and administrative activities.

2. Finance

- Assist with financial documentation, invoice processing, and record maintenance.
- Support basic accounting, budgeting, and expense tracking activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation.

3. Business Analytics

- Collect, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Support data validation, performance tracking, and business analysis.
- Use MS Excel and other analytical tools to support decision-making.

4. Operations





- Support day-to-day operational activities and process coordination.
- Track tasks, maintain records, and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

5. Marketing

- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation.
- Support digital marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Help prepare marketing reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams on marketing and branding activities.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different business functions.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM graduates from any specialization relevant to the above departments.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Hadapsar, Pune office.
- Candidates with relevant internships, academic projects, or practical exposure will be preferred.
