Role & responsibilities

1. Assist site engineers in supervising daily construction activities.

2. Monitor excavation, foundation, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

3. Read and understand civil engineering drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.

4. Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.

5. Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, workers, and vendors.

6. Assist in checking the quality of construction materials and workmanship.

7. Monitor material consumption and maintain inventory records.

8. Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.

9. Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and material calculations.

10. Maintain site documentation, labour attendance, and inspection records.

11. Report construction delays, material shortages, and quality issues to the reporting manager.

12. Learn project planning, execution, and construction management practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

- Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Candidates willing to work at the assigned construction site.
