- Carry out routine maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel.
- Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, AC, and other equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical faults and breakdowns.
- Attend guest room maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and records.
- Follow safety procedures and hotel maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and other departments as required.
Requirements:
- ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work in shifts.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
