Department: Maintenance & Engineering
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to manage plant machinery maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and overall maintenance operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
- Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate daily tasks.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards.
- Coordinate with production teams for smooth plant operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/plant maintenance.
- Experience in chemical or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Expertise in preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
- Valuable team handling and problem-solving skills.
