Maintenance Manager Performance Optimization Who you are/: Oversee general plant maintenance operations and manage a team of maintenance engineers, supervisors, automation technicians, installers, and industrial electricians across all shifts. Develop, implement, and audit strategic preventive maintenance /(PM/), predictive maintenance /(PdM/), and condition/-based monitoring /(CBM/) programs using advanced CMMS platforms /(e.g., SAP PM/). Directly control utility and plant infrastructure such as high/-voltage power distribution, air compressors, steam boilers, HVAC systems, industrial chillers, and water treatment plants.
Lead Root Cause Failure
Analysis /(RCFA/) for critical equipment failures and implement engineering measures to continuously improve MTBF /(Mean Time Between Failures/) and minimize MTTR /(Mean Time to Repair/). Manages the department's operating budget /(OpEx/), spare parts inventory, remanufacturing cycles, and capital expenditure /(CapEx/) projects for machinery upgrades and current line installations.
