We are looking for an experienced ITI Fitter to support the maintenance of water management systems, water treatment equipment, and industrial utilities. The candidate should have practical knowledge of cooling towers, plate heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of water management and treatment systems.
- Carry out inspection and maintenance of cooling towers, plate heat exchangers (PHE), pumps, and compressors.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical faults and carrying out equipment repairs.
- Monitor water quality parameters, including pH, TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), and hardness.
- Collect water samples and measure water quality using appropriate testing instruments.
- Support the monitoring and control of water quality as per prescribed operating parameters.
- Inspect pipelines, valves, joints, and associated utility equipment for leakage or abnormalities.
- Maintain daily records of water quality readings,



maintenance activities, and equipment inspections.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure reliable operation of utility systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- ITI in Fitter trade.
- 1–2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of pumps, compressors, cooling towers, and PHE.
- Basic understanding of water treatment and water quality parameters.
- Ability to operate basic water testing instruments.
- Knowledge of mechanical fitting, tools, and maintenance procedures.
- Good record-keeping skills and willingness to work in an industrial workplace.
