Ltd. is a growing minerals company, now sharpening its focus on coal trading and beneficiation.As we expand in both areas, we are building our business on reliable supply, compliance and people-led growth.We are now looking for a Maintenance In-charge to keep our plant, equipment and site machinery running safely and efficiently.

Role Summary The Maintenance In-charge will lead the mechanical and electrical maintenance team and ensure maximum uptime of the beneficiation plant, material handling systems and site equipment. The role reports to the Plant Head/Management and works closely with the operations, safety and stores teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Equipment Care: Maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, motors, loaders, weighbridges and other plant and site machinery.
- Team Leadership: Lead, assign work to and train the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians and contract staff.
- Maintenance Planning: Prepare maintenance schedules, checklists and equipment history records.
- Spares & Inventory: Manage critical spares,



raise purchase requirements and control maintenance costs.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety practices such as LOTO and permit-to-work, and ensure statutory and electrical safety compliance.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with AMC vendors and service contractors and monitor their work quality.
- Reporting: Track downtime, breakdown causes and maintenance cost, and report to the Management with improvement actions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in plant or equipment maintenance, preferably in coal beneficiation, mining, minerals, coal handling or a similar heavy-industry setup.
- Experience leading a maintenance team and handling shift and breakdown situations.

Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics and heavy machinery.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance systems, safety norms and statutory requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting, planning and team-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and maintenance records or ERP systems.
- Communication in Hindi; basic English preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
