Role & responsibilities To take overall responsibility for Operation & maintenance all utility equipments, ETP , Chillers & Air Conditioners, Material handling equipments & pollution control devices.
To coordinate with projects for installation of recent equipments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Sustenance of CLIT
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance.
- To maintain basis condition of all equipments.
- Introduction of weekly and daily check list for important utility & pollution control devices.
- Developing alternate/local source of vendor of spares
- To review inventory for engineering spares once in a year and identify non-moving items and taking necessary actions to reduce stock.
- To identify various losses area wise and taking necessary actions.
- To area for reuse/recycle of water.
- To ensure meeting of the legal requirements, statutory , compliance .
- Adherence to work Permit.
