Purpose To perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of machines, troubleshoot breakdowns, ensure smooth machine operation, and minimize production downtime. 2.

Machine Maintenance Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines. Inspect machine components, bearings, belts, chains, gears, and lubrication systems. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults. Perform machine alignment, adjustment, and component replacement. Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime. Maintain preventive maintenance checklists and breakdown reports. Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operation. 3.

Electrical Maintenance Responsibilities

Maintain electrical panels, motors, contactors, relays, and circuit breakers. Troubleshoot electrical faults in production machines. Inspect and maintain electrical wiring, cables, and connections. Check and troubleshoot sensors, limit switches, and proximity switches. Perform basic troubleshooting of PLC systems and VFDs. Check motor starters, overload relays, and control circuits.



Identify electrical faults and take corrective action. Follow electrical safety procedures during maintenance activities.

Required Skills Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance. Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams. Knowledge of motors, pumps, gearboxes, and bearings. Basic understanding of PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control panels. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance. 7.

Qualification and Experience Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 1–5 years in machine maintenance (as per company requirements).

Additional Advantage: Experience in manufacturing and production industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
