Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor extrusion lines and machinery for drip, HDPE, flat, and round pipe manufacturing.

- Set and adjust machine parameters, including temperature, pressure, line speed, and cooling systems.

- Ensure proper pipe dimensions, wall thickness, uniformity, and product quality.

- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform routine preventive maintenance.

- Monitor raw material feeding, extrusion processes, die settings, and cooling/calibration systems.

- Maintain production targets, minimize material wastage, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Eligibility & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drip and HDPE pipe manufacturing.

- Hands-on expertise in both flat and round pipe manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of extrusion machinery, machine settings, process control,



and maintenance.

- Must be based in Vadodara, Gujarat, or willing to relocate.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
