Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer – Machine Learning with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and practical experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying machine-learning models for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize machine-learning models for NLP and LLM-based applications.
- Build intelligent AI systems using transformer architectures and modern deep-learning techniques.
- Develop retrieval, ranking, semantic search, and question-answering systems.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated responses.
- Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for specific business use cases.
- Develop efficient data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
- Integrate machine-learning models into backend applications using REST APIs and Python frameworks.
- Analyze model performance, identify errors, and optimize accuracy, latency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
- Follow best practices for testing, version control, model monitoring, and deployment.

Required Technical Skills




- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Practical knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, and Transformer models.
- Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Understanding of tokenization, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of model evaluation, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Git, REST APIs, and software development fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience building RAG-based applications or AI agents.
- Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain or LangGraph.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Milvus.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience deploying machine-learning models in production environments.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, hallucination reduction, and inference optimization.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in software engineering, machine learning, NLP, or AI development.
- Strong programming and algorithmic problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with at least one practical ML, NLP, or LLM project.
- Ability to explain technical decisions, model evaluation methods, and implementation challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile Candidates who have built real-world NLP or LLM applications, implemented semantic retrieval or RAG pipelines, fine-tuned transformer models, or deployed AI solutions will be preferred.
