Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Looker GCP PLx Consultant with solid expertise in Looker, LookML, SQL, and Google BigQuery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing Looker data models, building dashboards, writing SQL queries, and working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

The candidate will work as an Individual Contributor, contributing to data analytics, business intelligence, and cloud-based data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Build and manage LookML models, views, dimensions, measures, and Explores.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Work with Google BigQuery for querying and analyzing large datasets.




- Apply knowledge of Google Cloud Platform fundamentals to support data and analytics solutions.
- Integrate data and applications using web services and APIs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and consistency across dashboards and reports.

Required Skills (Must-Have)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Looker and LookML.
- Strong hands-on experience with Looker development and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and Google BigQuery.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) fundamentals.
- Understanding of web services and integrations.
- Ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor role.

- Google Cloud Data Fusion.
- ETL processes and data integration.
- Apache Airflow.
- Google Cloud Composer.
- Python scripting.

- SAP data integration or related experience.
