Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate home loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other retail loan applications.
- Conduct detailed credit appraisal, income assessment, banking analysis, and property evaluation.
- Analyze financial documents, credit bureau reports (CIBIL), and risk parameters to ensure quality underwriting.
- Recommend loan approvals/rejections based on creditworthiness and company policies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
