Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute dispatches as per customer delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper packing, labelling, documentation, and timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Stores, Sales, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Prepare dispatch documents including Invoice, Challan, E-Way Bill, Packing List, and LR.
- Manage transporter coordination, vehicle placement, shipment tracking, and POD collection.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, ERP/SAP transactions,



safety compliance, and 5S standards.

Eligibility

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- 3-8 years of experience in Packing, Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, or Finished Goods Store operations within a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP and dispatch documentation preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
