Job Role: Lobby Assistant

Salary: 17000 - 19000 (Monthly CTC)

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Lobby Assistant to manage the store entrance, assist customers, maintain shopping carts/baskets, and keep the area clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers at the store entrance.
- Guide customers to aisles, counters, customer service desks, and promotional areas.
- Ensure adequate availability of clean shopping trolleys and baskets.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of the entrance/lobby area.
- Assist with queue and customer flow management during peak hours.
- Provide polite and helpful assistance to customers.
- Follow store security procedures and support access control

Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.
- Good communication skills in the local language; basic English preferred.
- Comfortable standing and working for long shifts.
- Physically fit and able to assist with moving trolleys/baskets.
- Friendly, polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.

Shift & Work Requirements
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts,



including weekends/holidays as per business requirements.
- Work location is in-person at the retail store.

Experience: 1–5 Years
